Thirty-one years of reading sites before drawing them
EnvisionYards started in 1994 as a two-person architecture office that kept hiring the same surveyor. In 2003 we hired the surveyor. Engineering followed. The practice has been integrated ever since.

These are not marketing lines. They are the arguments we have internally when a project is under pressure.

Measure first
Opinions about a site are cheap. A boundary survey, a topographic model and a title review are not, and they are the only things that make the rest of the work honest.

One accountable team
When the architect, the engineer and the surveyor work for the same practice, coordination stops being a meeting and starts being a habit.

Buildable by design
We have spent thirty years watching our drawings get built. That experience goes into the set at schematic design, not at RFI time.

Say it plainly
Clients get a straight answer about cost, schedule and risk, including when the answer is that the project does not work.

Registered to practise architecture, engineering or land surveying in the states below. Reciprocity applications are typically completed inside eight weeks for anywhere else.
